WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship worldwide via standart post.
Orders get shipped out once or twice a week, typically on Friday. 
In Europe it usually takes less that 7 days to deliver. To other states it can differ - USA max 14 days. 
When order has been shipped out, you'll get notified. 
Please be patient, and regularly check your postbox. Sometimes, it takes longer than expected.
The packages always arrive. 

Cost of international shipping with tracking and insurance has got extremely expensive (over 15 Euro for 50g Letter), so we have opted for cheaper, not tracked delivery. 

HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I EXPECT ANY FEES FROM THE CUSTOMS?
No, most of our products are under 22 €, these goods are duty free. We ship parcels as presents - which usually means no fees anyway.

IS THE PLASTIC TEMPERATURE RESISTANT? 
Yes, we usually print with PET-G (resistance upto 85°C), Carbon Fiber Nylon for phoneholders (resistance upto 100°C).
