WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship worldwide via standart post.
Orders get shipped out once or twice a week, typically on Friday. 
In Europe it usually takes less that 7 days to deliver. To other states it can differ - USA max 14 days. 
When order has been shipped out, you'll get a tracking number which you can follow here:

Please be patient, and regularly check your tracking. Sometimes, it takes longer than expected.
The shipment and item are insured, you will not lose your money. 

HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I EXPECT ANY FEES FROM THE CUSTOMS?
No, most of our products are under 22 €, these goods are duty free. We ship parcels as presents - which usually means no fees anyway.

IS THE PLASTIC TEMPERATURE RESISTANT? 
Yes, we usually print with PET-G (resistance upto 85°C), Carbon Fiber Nylon for phoneholders (resistance upto 100°C).
